2008 Membership application (Adobe Acrobat required).
If you would like to
join OH-KY-IN, regular dues are $20/year. Dues for each additional family
member, living at the same address, are $5/year and a separate application is
required for each. Dues for members age 65 and over or who are disabled
are $15/yr. Dues may be waived for full-time students who will be
non-voting members. Dues for new members are pro-rated by the calendar
quarter; January through March for $20; April through June for $15; July through
September for $10; October through December for $25 and it includes all of the
next year. Life memberships are available for 20 times regular dues. Make checks or money
